Prom Night Information 2011

If photography has been organised by the school, you should receive details prior to your Prom Night.  Your school may organise an assembly specifically for this so that we can give you an Information Page, Order Form and a Business Card with your Password.

Remember, the photography provided by us is not just a quick snapshot, it's a complete package.

Formal studio photography....

A formal studio setting is provided with a suitable backdrop to take those stunning images (see below).

It is not ESSENTIAL to have a photograph taken by us at the studio, however, if you want one we can photograph you by yourself, with your date or with a bunch of classmates.

The Formal Studio Shots must be paid for either prior to the event or on the night because the photographs are printed on the night for you to take home.  The payment information is on the left, just select the tab for the most appropriate method.

You don't have to book your photograph but it might save a bit of time on the night, remember you are part of quite a large year group.  Even if you just fill in the form, print it out and bring it along on the night you will have more time to enjoy with your friends rather than queuing.

It's also a good idea to have a chat about the photography with your date, friends and your parents as they might want to have additional photographs and your parents may even pay.

Roving Photography....

A roving photographer takes those candid, fun and spontaneous shots throughout the evening, such as the arrivals and prize giving.  The photographs are then loaded onto the website gallery for viewing and also placed in the Photobook ready for printing.

The photographs below are some of the studio photographs set against the 'Titanic Staircase' backdrop and some of the roving shots of the year groups, arrivals and outside at previous Prom Nights for schools such as Heles, Ivybridge, Churston Grammar, Budehaven, Devonport High School for Girls, Sir John Hunt and John Kitto to name just a few.

It really is that easy!  Now just enjoy your night.
